Media

How long we retain your data

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
A 50% of the total charter fee is required as down payment, to book the boat. The remaining balance of 50% of the charter fee, is payable four weeks (4) prior to embarkation by bank transfer.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT ON SKIPPERED CHARTERS
On skippered charters, a non refundable damage waiver only is required – EURO 300.- This amount is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, equipment or third party, whether through negligence or malicious intent.
NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
For all yachts EURO 30 /day – EURO 50/day plus a refundable security deposit of EURO 500.- EURO 600,as per our price list. INSURANCE
All FYLY boats are insured against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery, sea pollution liability and equipment.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Charter contracts begin at 17:00 on the day of charter and checkout is at 09:00 on the last day of the charter.
*Please note the yacht should be returned to the base a day before the end of the contracts at 18:00 for check-out procedure. (Refueling of boat, diver inspection, check-out).

Skipper – EURO 186/day plus food provisioning (crew require their own cabin)
SAILING QUALIFICATIONS
According to the Greek law, two members of the crew must be experienced. The skipper must hold a valid sailing license and the co-skipper can submit an official declaration for sailing knowledge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
A cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period more than 60 days prior to boat embarkation. b. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 60-30 days prior to boat embarkation. c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation. In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses will be charged.
